Our property particulars really set Richmonds apart from its competitors. With large A4 landscaped photos, informative description and room sizes which are backed up by accurate floor plans. Additional colour photos of the property are on the rear of the particulars. Public perception of our details presentation is good and we will continue to look at ways in which to maximise the information and presentation of all our homes.
Accompanied Viewings
Richmonds has a very large team of experienced sales consultants. This enables us to accompany the viewings on your home. Our extensive opening hours 7 days a week means that we can accompany more viewings than our competitors.
Home Information Packs
Throughout the course of 2007 and into 2008 it has now become law that properties are marketed with a home information pack. Richmonds are delighted with how easy this transition in the market place has occurred and have teamed up with many HIP providers ranging from large institutions to local based solicitors who offer a very personal and efficient service. There are various different payment plans in place so an upfront payment can be avoided.
Home finder service
As the directors of the business are locally based people, Richmonds are proud of our initiative in trying to support local homeowners who are wishing to stay in certain school catchments and continue to be a part of the community. During the course of 2007 director Nathan McCathie has initiated a programme of servicing local homeowners who are looking to move property on a very specific and one on one basis where by we are seeking to prioritise their requirements above any other would-be purchaser. Sponsorships and supporting the community Richmonds integration
Richmonds integration within the local community is very important to its directors and this is why during the course of 2007 Richmonds have supported many local based charities and schools. The largest contribution being to Berrywood School in Grange Park where Richmonds sponsored its summer fête this year with a cash donation to the PTA.
