Incredible 10 days at Richmonds

The tide has turned for the property market in Hedge End!

We are delighted to announce that an unbelievable level of sales have been agreed in the last 10 days in October. We have agreed a staggering 15 sales, which cumulatively add up to nearly £3,300,000 worth of property.

In total we have sold 24 houses in October.

Since the beginning of the year activity levels in general have been high, with an excellent number of new buyers registering and over 2700 viewings conducted.
