Nathan McCathie (Director)
Nathan McCathie has solid experience of the industry coupled with the commitment and enthusiasm necessary for the estate agency professional in today’s demanding market
Nathan began his career in the Southampton area and has built up an impressive record of achievements during his time with well regarded local companies. While working with a leading agency network in Southampton, Nathan was given the opportunity to take over a low performing district; within 18 months he had more than tripled the number of homes sold in that area and became market leader.
In 2005 Nathan achieved a record number of sales for the area he was directing, receiving various accolades along the way. Nathan is 35 years old and has a son named Cai of 3 years. Nathan grew up in Hedge End and he still lives locally.
Tony Pilcher (Director)
Tony started his career in the property market in the early 1990’s working for a successful independent estate agent working in the Southampton area. After four valuable years Tony decided to further his knowledge and became a financial consultant specialising in the mortgage market.
After helping start Lindesay’s Estate Agents in Eastleigh. Tony took up the position of senior area director for General Accident where he became their top consultant for the south during his time there. Tony’s last position, for General Accident, was to become an area sales manager for the newly branded Your Move.
After gaining many years working as both estate agent and financial consultant for independent and corporate companies Tony decided in 1999 to set up his own mortgage and financial services company and there ADP Mortgage & Financial Services was developed in Jan 2000 operating with local independent Estate Agents.
Tony brings 15 years of estate agency and mortgage brokerage experience to Richmonds. Tony has lived in the local area for 35 years and is married to Suzanne with two daughters Mia and Poppy.
Patrick Slattery (Associate Director)
Patrick started his career in the late 1990s for a large corporate estate agency network. Within a short period of time Patrick progressed to a fully experienced senior negotiator.
Patrick’s drive and ambition was easily recognisable, and he was then promoted to valuations manager. Patrick provided an excellent customer service to buyers and sellers alike and became one of the most successful estate agents in the southern region.
Patrick has continued to successfully sell properties within the local area and has received various accolades along the way. He has known Nathan, Kevin and Tony on a professional basis for many years and is delighted to be working with them again at Richmonds
The Directors of the business, are thrilled to have a person of Patrick’s ability, stature and professionalism at Richmonds. Patrick, at 28, has joined as a senior member of the team which demonstrates our faith in his experience and ability. Patrick has a 3 year old daughter called Caitlin.
Kevin Crowney (Director)
Kevin Crowney started his career in the 1990’s with a national chain of estate agents and soon became a senior member of the team. Kevin furthered his knowledge of the property market and in 1999 was headhunted by a well regarded independent estate agency due to his reputation as an honest hardworking individual.
During 2000 Kevin won the coveted award of “Negotiator of the Year” and was subsequently promoted to assistant manager. Kevin went on to win assistant manager and valuation manager of the year and most importantly “Employee of the Year” award.
Due to Kevin’s success he was promoted to a branch manager; his office produced record results and was given the prestigious award of “Customer Service Branch of the Year”
Consistent high performance helped Kevin secure a new role of senior branch manager in 2004 at a flagship branch. He continued to exceed sales targets whilst providing high customer service levels. Kevin is 35 years old and has lived in the area for 16 years. He and his long-term partner Kelly have 2 children called Imogen and George.
Becky Eales & Liz Watts
Both Becky and Liz have been known personally by the directors for many years.
Becky was part of the initial team when Richmonds opened its doors in September 2006 and due to the rapid success of Richmonds Liz was recruited in April 2007 to assist with the heavy flow of administrative duties.
Their vast IT knowledge and excellent communication skills have assisted Richmonds with a very efficient administrative department where most of Richmonds marketing, design and presentation have come from both Becky and Liz.
Having two administrators means that Richmonds have cover not only Monday to Friday but also on weekends which means that our properties can be launched and placed on the likes of Rightmove and in our prominent window display within 24 hours of taking on the instruction.
You may have guessed Becky and Liz are twins and are 24 years old and both are mums with 3 year old children Caitlin and Jake.
