Nathan McCathie has solid experience of the industry coupled with the commitment and enthusiasm necessary for the estate agency professional in today’s demanding market.

Nathan began his career in the 1990’s and has built up an impressive record of achievements during his time with well-regarded local companies. While working with a leading agency network in Southampton, Nathan was given the opportunity to take over a low performing district; within 18 months he had more than tripled the number of homes sold in that area and became market leader.

In 2005 Nathan achieved a record number of 
sales for the area he was directing, receiving various accolades along the way. Nathan grew up 
in Hedge End.

Tony started his career in the property market in the early 1990’s working for a successful independent estate agent working in the Southampton area. After helping start Lindesay’s Estate Agents in Eastleigh, Tony took up the position of senior area director for General Accident where he became their top consultant for the south during his time there. Tony’s last position, for General Accident, was to become an area sales manager for the newly branded Your Move.

Kevin Crowney started his career with a national chain of estate agents and soon became a senior member of the team. Kevin furthered his knowledge of the property market and in 1999 was headhunted by a well regarded independent estate agency due to his reputation as an honest hardworking individual.

During 2000 Kevin won the coveted award of “Negotiator of the Year” and was subsequently promoted to assistant manager. Kevin went on to win assistant manager and valuation manager of the year and most importantly “Employee of the Year” award.

Due to Kevin’s success he was promoted to a branch manager; his office produced record results and was given the prestigious award of “Customer Service Branch of the Year”

Consistent high performance helped Kevin secure a new role of senior branch manager in 2004 at a flagship branch. He continued to exceed sales targets whilst providing high customer service levels.

Jeremy Davis is the most recent addition to the team, and brings with him a thorough knowledge of the local area, and the property industry. Jeremy lives in Hedge End village with his wife Jo and daughter Poppy, and is a keen member of a local cycling team. Having enjoyed 14 successful years within the local market, Jeremy has covered the full spectrum of roles from sales, valuations, progressing transactions through to completion, and branch management. With a solid, reliable and enthusiastic approach, buyers and sellers can be assured of excellent customer service and professionalism.

Liz Watts grew up in the Havendale area of Hedge End and has extensive knowledge of the local area. Having been with Richmonds from the very beginning as an integral member of the team. Liz ensures that the office is run smoothly and efficiently. Not only is she highly competent and capable in all fields of administration and IT requirements, she is an excellent friendly communicator who interacts with our sellers and landlords on a daily basis. Liz also provides fantastic support at the weekends which allow Richmonds to carry out extra business including being able to undertake viewings when all our local competitors are closed.

Kirsty Lockyear has worked in the property market for many years and is responsible for matching buyers to properties over the weekend period. During 2012 Kirsty sale agreed 6 properties in 3 weeks from carrying out viewings on a Sunday. Not only does Kirsty know the property market inside out she also has a vast knowledge of the residential lettings market.

Ben lives in the local area with his fiancée - both have worked in the industry for many years and are expecting their first child later on this year.

Ben has been known to the directors of Richmonds for many years due to his high regard for customer service along with the ability to match buyers to properties in a short period of time. He is a tenacious individual with a desire to succeed. Having started his career in 2005, Ben quickly established himself as the top sales negotiator and all round estate agent for the companies that he worked for. He has also won many accolades along the way.

Ben has worked as a negotiator right through to management level which demonstrates his ability as second to none. Ben has been handpicked for his role at Richmonds where he will be responsible for increasing the sales levels as well as generating new business and ideas along the way. Due to the continued success of the lettings department Kerry is the newest member of the team. Having worked in the local lettings industry for the past 15 years her knowledge will no doubt be an asset to all our landlords and tenants. Kerry’s role is to assist in the day to day running of the fully managed portfolio and provide excellent customer service to all of the Richmonds clients. Kerry also provides fantastic support at the weekends which allow Richmonds to carry out extra business including being able to undertake viewings when all our local competitors are closed.
